David Makala has been providing construction engineering services for over ten years for the Reilly Associates team as supervisor for a growing corporate staff of project inspectors. His experience also includes all aspects of the Resident Project Representation assignment. David provides a hands-on approach to his construction supervision assignments utilizing Reilly Associates’ comprehensive construction work plan which includes attendance at construction meetings, progress meetings, scheduling, daily reports, timely payment estimates, construction orders, computations, digital photos and complete construction documentation, as required by the individual assignment.
