Jerry Sitko
Project Manager
Jerry Sitko serves as a Project Manager at Reilly Associates and is responsible for all aspects of design associated with the preparation of utility design, subdivision, land development, post construction storm water, and erosion and sediment pollution control plans. Jerry has over ten years experience with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State in Civil Engineering. Jerry’s experience includes NPDES Stormwater planning and permitting, water and sewer design, site layout and grading, utility and erosion control plans and calculations for utilities, gas pad sites, industrial, commercial and residential projects.
