Joseph Durkin, P.E.
Vice President
Joe Durkin began his career at Reilly Associates over thirty years ago as a design engineer. Today as Vice President, Joe leads a wide range of environmental and engineering projects. In addition to directing engineering services, Joe provides financial analysis of projects, performs value engineering, and secures grant and low interest loans for clients. Joe is a professional engineer in several states and holds a B.S. in engineering from Princeton University. He also received his MBA from The Graduate School of Business at The University of Chicago.
Joe’s expertise includes master planning for sewage facilities, water systems, site developments, environmental audits, transportation studies, and flood control projects. Joe has designed highways and drainage facilities for Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, industrial parks, city governments, and local clients.
Joe is a member of the Scranton Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee and is past President of the Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Princeton University Alumni Schools Committee, a former YMCA President, and he serves on the Board of Directors for Johnson College.
