Tom Reilly Jr., P.E. serves as President of Reilly Associates. Tom has over 39 years of experience in the management and design of engineering and environmental projects. Tom is a professional engineer in both Pennsylvania and New York and a civil-engineering graduate of Cornell University. Tom holds an MBA from Columbia University and is a skilled professional in the integration of engineering and financial aspects of Reilly's projects. His expertise includes roadways, buildings and bridges, site development, and environmental services including water supply and wastewater treatment.
Tom’s recent experience includes management of several complex, multi-million dollar projects involving extensive coordination with agencies, utilities, and technical specialists. Tom’s clients have included the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, county and local governments and large-scale developers.
