Park and Rides in PennDOT District 4-0 in Luzerne County, located near the Dorrance/Nuangola Interchanges along I-81 in Rice and Dorrance Township; near the interchange of I-80 with SR 309 in Butler Township, and at the interchange of I-80 with SR 940 in White Haven Borough: 

Reilly Associates was the principal engineer for the preliminary design, final design and construction services for Park and Ride facilities.  The project involved multiple site investigations at each locations to determine the most convenient, economical and environmentally suitable location for the proposed facilities.  Reilly's design offers a 200 space parking facility at each location with a public transportation component and ADA accessibility. The sites were designed and graded to achieve earthwork balance, compliant stormwater management design, safe and efficient parking lot circulation and access, utility availability and avoidance of environmentally sensitive areas including wetlands and screening of adjacent residential properties.
