Paul Menichello, P.E., P.T.O.E.
Project Manager
Paul Menichello serves as a senior project manager at Reilly Associates and is responsible for the preparation, oversight, and completion of a diverse array of transportation planning and traffic engineering projects. Paul is a Registered Professional Engineer and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer with over twenty years of experience and a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. Mr. Menichello has managed large scale highway improvement projects from traffic studies through design and construction consultation. Recent projects include improvements to Interstate 81 Ramps in Pittston, Streetscape projects at Keystone College and Park and Ride Project for PennDOT.
