Reilly Associates has been performing paving and inspection services as the project engineer for the City of Scranton throughout 2018. The paving project will provide safer transportation throughout the city. Improvements of the city streets including transition full width milling, overlays consisting of 1-1/2" HMA Wearing Course, HMA Scratch Coat (90#/SY), Base Repair, Bituminous Tack Coat, Line Painting and Maintenance and Protection of Traffic in accordance with local utility services.
The Streets included in the paving project are Elizabeth, Bulwer, Hawthorne, Thackery, Oram, Cherry, South Washington, All of the Fawnwood Development, Euclid, Pettibone, Swetland, Lafayette, Price, Washburn, Gibson and Elmhurst Blvd.
