Project Manager
Mr. Holmes is a senior project professional in charge of construction oversight and project design. Duties include oversight of construction inspection personnel who verify construction of municipal and private projects. Mr. Holmes has experience administrating construction contracts on behalf of the owner. Typical tasks include verifying conformance to the contract documents, attending construction project meetings, reviewing test data, reporting on and photographing construction progress, approving progress payments and change orders, developing punchlists, and developing as-built plans.
